Day 1/2: Welcome to Sri Lanka
- Arrive at the airport and receive a warm welcome.
- Transfer to Matale, stopping at the enchanting Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to meet the gentle giants.
- Enjoy a leisurely evening in Matale, soaking in the local culture.
Day 3/4: Matale to Nuwara Eliya via Kandy and Kitulgala
- Depart Matale and head to Kandy, visiting the sacred Temple of the Tooth and exploring the vibrant local markets.
- Continue your journey to Kitulgala, where you can enjoy optional white-water rafting or nature walks.
- Arrive in Nuwara Eliya, known for its cool climate and lush tea plantations.
Day 5: Scenic Train Ride to Ella
- Experience a breathtaking train journey from Nuwara Eliya to Ella, surrounded by stunning landscapes and tea estates.
- Arrive in Ella and explore the charming town, including the famous Nine Arches Bridge.
Day 6: Ella to Yala
- Depart Ella and travel to Yala National Park, renowned for its diverse wildlife.
- Enjoy an afternoon safari, spotting leopards, elephants, and a variety of bird species.
Day 7/8: Yala to Bentota
- After a morning safari in Yala, head to the beautiful beaches of Bentota.
- Spend two relaxing days enjoying the sun, sand, and sea, with options for water sports and beachside dining.
Day 9: Farewell to Sri Lanka
- Depart from Bentota and transfer to the airport for your flight home.
